Civil Litigation Attorney Samuel Nalbone

Sam’s practice is focused on a variety of civil litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and complex business disputes.

A proud double Gamecock, Sam attended the University of South Carolina Honors College, graduating Summa Cum Laude before attending the Joseph F. Rice School of Law. In law school, Sam was a member of the Moot Court Bar.

Sam began his legal career with HHP as a law clerk in 2023, and he stayed with the firm in this position until graduation. During this time, Sam developed a passion for working directly with clients and providing guidance to people navigating difficult legal and personal circumstances.

Upon graduation, Sam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Brian M. Gibbons. While working under Judge Gibbons, Sam refined his legal skills and experienced all manner of civil and criminal trials, in addition to becoming deeply familiar with the trial courts of South Carolina. At the conclusion of his clerkship, Sam returned to HHP in 2026.

Outside of the office, you can find Sam working in his garage woodshop, fishing, or spending time with his wife, daughter, and two German shepherds.
